I'm realy not dead yet. I just don't sit down often enough to actually write meaningful things here. I've started and finshed 4 or five things since september, mostly small things like hats, mittens, and baby things. Luckly there are a number of people in my life that are having babies so that I don't have to have them just to have someone to knit small things for. This year is going to be largely a small things Christmas. It's also a practical things Christmas. Things that keep you warm and things people will use a lot. Enjoy the pictures of progress!!

First of the two twin's blankets finished!! The cat was trying to figure out why the floor got all colorful...

Yarn procured at the Spinner's Flock annual Fall Fibre Sale! This is a handspun yarn with purple, blue, and cream plyed together. Love it lots, as soon as I get a picture of it I'll show you the totally cute cabled hat that this yarn spawned.

Donations to my stash from my Aunt Sara. She was cleaning things out and brought over a bag filled with all this fab stuff! Watch for things this yarn turns into!!

Hint of Christmas things to come! I love my MDK book!!

And last but not least, a glimpse of the second Twin blanket. Because of the yarn I had and just to be cute, these blankets are going to be fraternal twins. So all of the colors will be the same in both blankets but the second blanket will be the reverse of the first blanket. I'm on the last ring of colors now, but of course I don't have pictures of me that far yet, keep your eyes peeled!!!!
